ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for services through the South Georgia Coordinated Entry System (SGCES) each population has specific requirements:

Adults:

• Must be an individual over the age of 18
• Experiencing homelessness in Bulloch, Toombs, Lyons, Appling, Lauren, Jeff Davis and Tattnall County

Youth:

• Must be between the ages of 16-24
• Experiencing homelessness or housing instability in Bulloch, Lyons, Toombs, Appling, Lauren, Jeff Davis, and Tattnall County

Families:

• Household with minor child
• Experiencing homelessness or housing instability in Bulloch, Lyons, Toombs, Appling, Lauren, Jeff Davis, and Tattnall County
