ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for services through the Coordinated Entry System (CCES) each population has specific requirements:

Adults:

• Must be an individual over the age of 18
• Experiencing homelessness in Bryan, Camden, Glynn, Liberty, McIntosh, or Wayne County

Youth:

• Must be between the ages of 16-24
• Experiencing homelessness or housing instability in Bryan, Camden, Glynn, Liberty, McIntosh, or Wayne County

Families:

• Household with minor child
• Experiencing homelessness or housing instability in Bryan, Camden, Glynn, Liberty, McIntosh, or Wayne County
